Emily has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT since 2026, joining the company as an Office Administrator.

Her goal is to continue expanding her technical knowledge to better serve customers. Emily’s favorite part of the job is helping customers resolve their issues and providing support.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys volunteering with local animal rescues, beach walks, and DIY projects. She spends most of her time with family and friends.

Emily brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions, making her an essential part of the team.

McKinley has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for 4 months, joining the company in 2026 as an Apprentice.

McKinley’s goal is to continue learning the trade and grow through hands-on experience and practical lessons in the field.

Their favorite part of the job is interacting with a variety of people and, of course, meeting their pets.

Outside of work, McKinley enjoys working out, playing guitar, and hockey. They spend most of their time with their parents and friends.

McKinley brings strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions, making them an essential part of the team.

Tyreese has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for 6 months, joining the company in 2026 as an Apprentice.

Tyreese’s favorite part of the job is working on water treatment systems and helping provide customers with better water solutions.

Outside of work, Tyreese enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family.

Tyreese brings a hardworking attitude and dedication to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions, making them an essential part of the team.

Alec has been a valued member of Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for the past seven months, joining the team in 2026 as an Apprentice. Since starting, Alec has continued to develop his skills and grow within the role, becoming an important part of the team.

His favorite part of the job is pulling pumps and tackling the hands-on challenges that come with well service. Alec enjoys the variety each day brings and takes pride in helping provide reliable water systems for customers.

Outside of work, Alec enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family, who are at the center of his life. Whether he’s on the golf course or making memories with loved ones, he values every opportunity to enjoy his time away from work.

Known for his happy, positive attitude and strong work ethic, Alec is a dependable teammate who helps create a great environment for both coworkers and customers. His enthusiasm and dedication make him an essential part of the Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT team.

Matt has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for 2 ½ years, joining the company in 2024 as an Apprentice Technician. Through his dedication and growth, he advanced into the role of Journeyman Technician in 2026.

Matt’s favorite part of the job is working on jet pumps and solving technical challenges.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys serving his community as a Firefighter and EMT. He spends most of his time outdoors with loved ones or staying busy with new projects.

Matt brings strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions, making him an essential part of the team.

Maddy has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for almost one year, joining the company in August of 2025 as an Office Administrator.

Her goal is to continue expanding her role by creating engaging marketing content and showcasing the company through more field experiences.

Maddy’s favorite part of the job is connecting with customers and creating content during field trips.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys fishing, hiking, and arts and crafts. She spends most of her time with friends, family, and her pets.

Maddy brings a positive attitude and creativity to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions, making her an essential part of the team.

Since starting at Water-Flo as an administrative assistant in May 2023, Linda has become a key team member, learning about the technical aspects of the business. In responding to customer inquiries, she makes clients feel valued and enjoys speaking with them to help solve their problems. Living in Branford, Linda enjoys living on the Shoreline, especially spending time on her boat. Linda’s positive attitude in her interactions with customers reflects Water-Flo’s emphasis on quality customer service.

Kyle has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for 3 years, joining the company in 2023 as an Apprentice. Through his dedication and growth, he advanced into the role of Journeyman in 2025.

Kyle’s favorite part of the job is working on well pump installations and repairs.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys skiing and traveling. He spends most of his time with friends and family.

Paddy has been a valued member of the Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT team for 4.5 years, joining the company in 2022 as an Apprentice. Through dedication, hard work, and a commitment to learning, Paddy advanced into the role of Journeyman in 2024.

Paddy’s favorite part of the job is working outdoors and tackling complex challenges to help provide customers with clean, reliable water solutions. Every day brings new opportunities to troubleshoot problems and make a difference for homeowners.

Outside of work, Paddy enjoys working on his house and playing golf whenever he has the time. He spends most of his free time with his wife, Daniela, and their dogs, Koda and Sadie.

Paddy brings hard work, honesty, and a positive attitude to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond make him an essential part of our team.

Since 2024, Jamilynn, an Office Administrator at Water-Flo, has utilized her background working with diverse age groups to enhance the company’s customer service. Her commitment aligns with Water-Flo’s values of exceptional care and community focus. She loves the customer support aspect of her position and the ability to make a customer’s day better! When not at work Jamilynn enjoys time with her two children at home in North Branford. Jamilynn values the support and growth opportunities available with this reputable, family-oriented company, and looks forward to contributing to its continued success.

Jeremy has been a dedicated member of Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for the past six years, joining the team in 2020 as an Apprentice. Through hard work and a commitment to his craft, he advanced to the role of Senior Journeyman in 2023, where he continues to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers.

Jeremy’s favorite part of the job is being able to lend a helping hand and make a positive difference in people’s lives. He takes pride in solving problems, supporting customers, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys riding his motorcycle and working on cars. When he’s not turning wrenches on the job or in the garage, he spends as much time as possible with his twin brother Tim, and his dog, Timon.

Known for his “get it done” attitude, Jeremy approaches every challenge with determination, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. His experience, leadership, and dedication make him an invaluable member of the Water-Flo and Radon Solutions CT team.

Joe has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for 6 years, joining the company in 2020 as an Apprentice. Through his dedication and growth, he advanced into the role of Licensed Technician in 2022.

Joe’s favorite part of the job is replacing pumps and meeting homeowners’ dogs.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys going to the gym and getting tattoos. He spends most of his time with Chewie, his 17-year-old dog.

Joe brings extensive knowledge and great energy to Water-Flo and Radon Solutions, making him an essential part of the team.

Ralph is the co-owner of Radon Solutions of Connecticut division of Water-Flo, starting his career in radon mitigation in 1996, and joining Water-Flo in 2022. With over 28 years of experience, he specializes in installing radon remediation systems in residential properties, schools, and commercial buildings. Ralph is committed to exceeding industry safety standards in every project and his favorite part of the job is doing his part to make homes and businesses safer! Outside of work, he enjoys cruising the open road on his Harley. Ralph is a key member of the team, contributing significantly to making living and business environments safer.

Brigid has been with Water-Flo and Radon Solutions of CT for 10 years, joining the company in 2016. She began her career with the company as a part-time office assistant and, through her dedication and commitment, advanced into the role of Owner in 2020.

Brigid’s favorite part of the job is the opportunity to serve the local community by helping customers achieve better air, better water, and ultimately, better health. She takes great pride in knowing that the work the company provides makes a meaningful impact on the lives of those they serve.

Outside of work, Brigid enjoys gardening, hiking, and reading. She spends much of her time with her husband and children, who are an important part of her life.

In her role as Owner, Brigid plays a crucial part in ensuring the business operates efficiently, with a strong focus on administration, organization, and supporting the team’s continued success.
